Artist's Statement

A layman's interest in cosmology inspires, ignites and disperses my reverence and awe across the canvas.

I work in a genre crossover, appropriating styles from abstract, representationalism, idealism, photorealism, and design
- producing, with luck, this " . . illusion of reality . . " (Einstein) within my 2-D constraints.

I don't believe that one's life is predetermined, yet I feel that art is my reason-to-be.
. . . go figure.

Fueled on by some passion to create, I continue to explore daily
- a conduit tapping undetermined reservoirs.

I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination.

Imagination is more important than knowledge.

Knowledge is limited.

Imagination encircles the world.
